Hennessy contracted with MLF2, Ltd. for the renovation of this 14-story, 145 unit, low-income Senior Living Facility located in downtown St. Petersburg.?? This renovation included replacement of all windows, upgrading the mechanical and electrical services, exterior canopies, a new exterior dining patio, renovation of all common areas, including a new kitchen with all new equipment, and all individual living units.?? All work has been performed while the building remained occupied.
